Coffee Appreciation

Coffee is more than just a beverage. There are so many types of coffee, from different species to different origins, and there are so many kinds of brewing methods.

This 3 hour class is designed for small groups of at least 6 participants. Participants will get to experience different coffee brewing methods and understand why different methods exist.

Course Outline

  • Introduction to the coffee history and basic coffee
  • Having cupping on Arabica and Robusta, understand the flavour differences between these two coffee
  • Learn about the common coffee roasting level and coffee cherry processing methods. Duration: 2.5 hours
